Disciplined Fx is a low risk trading system where capital preservation is the #1 priority. Trades are executed utilizing technical analysis of the various market conditions on the AUDUSD, EURJPY, EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDCAD, USDCHF & USDJPY.

Various strict risk management strategies, including initiation of a hard stop loss upon execution of each trade, are employed to ensure that capital is preserved. The maximum risk for open trades is 5% of capital and trading for the month ends if the drawdown equals 15% of the account.

REASONS FOR ENTERING WITH MULTIPLE LOTS (MAXIMUM 3 LOTS)

1) A maximum of 3 lots may be entered if the trade falls within the maximum risk per open trades (5% of capital).
2) Multiple lots (maximum 3) will also be traded when Scale in is employed, this is a proprietary version which involves entering additional lots as the trade becomes negative but moves to the high probability zone. The risk parameters will always be obeyed and the stop loss for the additional lots will not surpass the stop loss for the initial lot.
3) Pyramiding, which involves entering additional positions risking unrealized profits, total lots open will not exceed 3 lots.

Scaling out at different profit target levels is utilized when multiple lots are traded.

There will be trades that close for at least one pip in profit due to the fact that once a trade is X pips in profit the stop loss is moved to breakeven plus at least one pip since there will be other opportunities in the market to entire high probability trades.

This can be traded with a $5,000 account taking all the signals generated but the maximum risk for open trades would be 10%, trading for the month ends if the drawdown equals 30% of the account and the maximum drawdown expected is 40%.

Please note that the system trades high probability setups, there will be periods (1-2 weeks) where the system remains out of the market. On average approximately 10 trades per month are executed.

This system is currently being traded on a live account and capital preservation is of utmost importance.
